ABOUT THE ARTIST
I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area of California and
moved my family to Utah in 1989. Soon after the move, I began to foster
a past interest in photography. I've been pursuing that interest ever
since. Growing up with a father who was a part-time photographer gave
me an early love for the visual arts.
I have an attention to detail that shows in my art. I am
continually striving to gain more knowledge of photography and artistic
design. I often read and study the technical aspects of digital imaging
to further hone my craft. To achieve and understand different
perspectives and to gain valuable experience, I often work as a second
shooter for several local professional photographers.
I create all of my images digitally using Canon products and I am
current on the latest Photoshop trends and techniques. I maintain
active memberships in several professional
photography associations to maintain and improve my skills.
